First support from the Marius Jacob Foundation!
Our collective fund allows for giving out grants every two months to financially support groups in their actions or projects.
The amount of this first call: 3000 € to be divided between the different collectives selected.
Deadline for submitting applications 10/03. New grants will be available every 2 months!
The criteria (they do not necessarily need to all be satisfied, but form the basis for guiding the choice between applications):
– Play a part in the purpose of the foundation: fight against all forms of violence, exploitation or domination … *
– Transformative dimension: act for social change … *
– Collective emancipation: experiment with new ways of doing things … *
– Counter-current initiatives: bold projects, … *
– Multiplier effect: create or facilitate access to tools … *
– Diversity of struggles: help struggles that do not or rarely receive support
– Willingness towards horizontality and self-organisation within the organization
Who will decide?
Decisions to award grants are made by a group of people selected at random within the foundation assembly. This group is called the Cooperative Assembly for Grants Allocation (ACAB in French).
